Lindsey (I.D. # A1166838) was turned into the East Valley animal shelter (14409 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, CA; 818-756-9323 [ask for Veronica]) on Nov. 4. The owner claimed that she was kept outdoors and was never socialized. This poor dog is now in a cement cell and is going in circles. A volunteer at the shelter has been trying to take her out so that she can run in the "social" area, and to socialize her. She is now learning to trust a human. She needs a yard, but also human companionship. She is 4-years-old and deserves to spend her life with someone who has the patience to work with her and give her the love she craves.
