Hi Laurie:
I had a jindo mix that passed away recently at 12 1/2 years old. For the past several years, she would intermittantly regurgitate. Regurgitation is different than throwing up. Throwing up, usually means the stomach content have passed through the stomach and have bile. Regurgitation is like acid reflux, and mostly saliva and undigested foods. My jindo had regurgitation from a condition called megaesophagus. The nerve innervation of the esophagus was weak, so the esophagus had trouble moving the food down. This can be cause by myasthenia gravis, addison's disease or have no cause. Either way, if it is regurgitation, you may want to go to a specialist to test for these, as they are treatable, and the sooner the better. If it's upset stomach, your dog my have food sensitivities. Hope this helps.
