: I can't wait until they finally reveal who
: was a skrull. So good to finally have Wonder
: Man back with a vengueance in the Marvel
: Universe and then he turns out to be a
: stinking skrull! I'm going to feel cheated.
: If Wondy is a Skrull, I doubt it will go
: back to his return from the Busiek/Perez
: run. In the issue when Simon and Vision go
: at it, Simon knew too much personal stuff
: about his and Vision's past to have been a
: Skrull back then. Also, during the time
: Nefaria took control of Wondy and Atlas, I
: think Nefaria would have realized Simon
: wasn't a true ionic being.
: I think it is possible Simon is a Skrull,
: but the change must have happened sometime
: after "Disassembled". This would
: explain why he is no longer in ionic form
: AND why he never went after Wanda. In a way,
: I'm hoping he is a Skrull, 'cause those that
: were replaced will get some pretty good on
: panel pay back time in the future.
It might also explain why he has seemed so weak and docile since he has been in the MA. It might also explain why during Civil War frontline he was so willing to accept being blackmailed by the government to work for them. Also it might explain the easy way he was taken out by Goblin's pumpkin bomb. Maybe Skrully Simon didn't want to draw attention to himself. It would also explain the decision to go back to the smoking jacket look. Skrull's have never been able to keep up with the latest NY superhero fashion!
