It is my opinion that Wonder Man should look like Thor & Hercules, an olimpian frame much bigger than standard human musculature and I have gather several sources that support this at the Wonder Man cooler than Superman website. You can take a look if you follow the links above. Read the FAQ section in the main page. Different artists and different writers have different renditions like with most superheroes. He has been drawn from a guy a tad smaller than the Hulk to a guy with a swimmers build. I'd say there is nothing set in stone. I'd look in Marvel.com to see what's the most recent cannon or even better look at the Wonder Man, Cooler than Superman bio stats.
