Ah, yes, "Emperor Doom", one of Wonder Man's finest moments! Love that story. It's a shame that when the Avengers cartoon did a similar story(Emperor Stark), they used the Vision in Wondy's role instead of...wait for it...WONDER MAN!
What I would also like to see mentioned is Simon's Second Chances Foundation. This is another thing unique to Wonder Man. A superhero running a non-profit organization to give people a new start is so cool yet this part of him NEVER gets mentioned, unless it's something bad-like how he supposedly embezzled from it, as mentioned when SHIELD tried to blackmail him during "Civil War".(Which we all know he DIDN'T!)
A super strong, near invulnerable Avenger who is also an inventor with Hollywood ties who also runs a charity on the side...how can other writers NOT find a way to make him relevant again?
