I'm carefully studying the go-to system for a GP-DX mount and I've tried running the scope.exe program by itself (no motors or Mel's PCB). I tried both a dos shell and booting to dos on my W98 system only to have the program lock up when I pressed the arrow keys. Sometimes the cursor moves sometimes it doesn't. Could this be caused by my system having a printer (power off) connected to the parallel port? Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any hints on how I can test drive the scope program. Thanks in advance.
