Can I also say that if we committ to the save and suport scheme with utilities that I am trying to get off the ground then we will be able to subsidisenearly everything. To kick it off I need everyone with bills to bring them in. This is the easiest way to administer it. I'll do all the paperwork at home and also speak to everyone individually about what they can do and save. Please contact me re this if you are unsure what's going on. If we ALL join in we will all save money and raise money at the same time. This scheme is totally AOK. I have just organised a big football club to market it to their supporters.
