Roles
Leos Ladies Committee 2008/9
1st Team Captain
Leads the team on and off the pitch sets standard at training
Pre-match team talk in dressing room
Selection
Helps coach with checking availability of players
Communicates with ref during game and relays message to team as appropriate
1st Team Vice Captain
As above when Captain absent and available to help with general committee responsibilities
Organise rota for after match raffle/kit wash and sweeping changing room
Manager/Club Secretary
Deal with all RFUW correspondence
Liaise with club re: food and fixtures
E-mail and correspond with new interested players
Update club development plan
Monitor club database
Liaise with Dave re: refs and fixtures
2nd Team Captain

Set up and manage standing order scheme
Monitor and balance the books
Produce a set of accounts for the AGM

Fun Raising events/band nights
Tour Organiser
Organises tour!
Fixtures Sec
Liaise with opposition teams re: matches and re-arranged fixtures
Organise refs
