Only 3 sleeps to go!!
Admiral Morgan and myself are aiming to arrive in Whitby at around 3.45pm on friday, when we will pick up keys for accomodation. If you arrive before this then you will need to amuse yourselves until 4pm. As people will be arriving at different times (some have the day/aft off some are working) the plan is as follows:
If possible please text me to let me know what your intended time of arrival is and who you are travelling with.
Please travel in groups as parking is limited, it is possible to travel by train and pick up from train station can be arranged.
On fri please head towards whitby centre / train station and call me then for directions to accomodation.
We will have a Team Meeting at 8pm in a local pub, if anybody knows that they will be arriving later than this please inform us. Details of which out will be given out on arrival.
The accomodation is broken down into 6 groups. you will be sharing living quarters with your group and we advise that your organise with your group the purchasing of food and drink for breakfast or snacks etc. No meals are provided but cooking facilities are available.
Here are details of who is in which group (if you desperatly want to swap with someone, that's fine but the number in each group must stay the same):

Group of 4 - Teach, Curly, Lottie, Wendy
Group of 4 - Linz J, Sarah Cutforth, Mum, Sarah Burdett
Group of 4 - Munro, Scouse, Ruth, Helen Martin
Group of 6 - Lucy, Erica, Katie, Gemma Harrison, Goth, Gemma Mitchell
Group of 8 - Betty, Claire T, Beast, Sally, Miffy, Irish Jen, Cat, Kym

What To Bring
Food for breakfast plus any snacks and drinks.
No meals are provided so if you wish to bring food for evening meals and a packed lunch for saturday cooking facilities are available.
TOWEL (LINZ & SARAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Sports Clothing and trainers
Swimwear
Trainers/comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting wet
Torch
seasickness tablets (if required)
Fancy dress outfit for saturday night (SEA theme)
