I can answer the subs questions but we'll have to have a full meeting to see if you're allowed back!
Subs will be £100 - you can pay in a lump sum of one payment or 3 payments of £33.33 (you get a whole penny off that way) or pay £20 per month for 5 months.
Bank details for the standing orders will be available tonight at training or next Thursday.
