See below for details of how to enter the club ballot for international tickets:
2008 AUTUMN INTERNATIONALS
Applications may now be made for the 4 international matches to be played at Twickenham this Autumn:
Pacific Islanders – Saturday 8 November
Australia – 15 November
South Africa – 22 November
New Zealand – 29 November
The information I have is that all games will kick off at 2.30pm.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY SINCE A DIFFERENT APPLICATION PROCEDURE APPLIES TO THE GAME AGAINST THE PACIFIC ISLANDERS.
Australia/South Africa/New Zealand
The Club has a fixed allocation of tickets for these matches, with the tickets costing £71, £60, £52 or £41.
If a Member wishes to apply for tickets (maximum of 2 tickets per member), please contact me with the following details:
• Match(es) for which you would like tickets
• Whether there is a limit on the amount you are willing to pay for tickets (bearing in mind that most of the tickets allocated to the Club cost £71)
• Your name, address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address.
No payment is required at this stage for tickets for these 3 games.
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MONDAY 18 AUGUST 2008
If the number of applicants exceeds the number of tickets available, the Club Committee will conduct a ballot to allocate the tickets.
Pacific Islanders
The Club has no fixed allocation of tickets for this game. The Club can order as many tickets as it likes, but these are not sold on a sale or return basis. Therefore, any member applying for tickets for this game will also need to pay for these tickets at the time the application is made.
Again, a Member may apply for 2 tickets only for this game. Ticket prices are
Category 1 - £60 adult, £30 junior
Category 2 - £58 adult, £29 junior
Category 3 - £50 adult, £25 junior
Category 4 - £25 adult, £12.50 junior
THE CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THIS GAME IS TUESDAY 12 AUGUST.
Please send me details of your address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address, together with a cheque made payable to Leodiensian RUFC for the cost of the tickets for which you wish to apply.
HELP FOR HEROES CHALLENGE/VARSITY MATCH
I have also received details from the RFU of the application procedures for the Help for Heroes Challenge to be played at Twickenham on 20 September, and the Varsity Match (to be played on Thursday 11 December).
If any member is interested in applying for tickets for either of these matches, please contact me for further details.
