Hello to all. I am in need of your help. In about a month from now i have my annual. But this year is special, it is our 25th anneversery. So I need to help make a silent drill routine to do at annual that kicks ass. But i would like to through a whole bunch of kick ass shit in it. But for some stuff i don't know how to do and others i don't know what to do. So if anyone of you could help me in this i would be greatly abliged.
