I am no longer an aircadet. I quit and so did the only officer holding the squadron together. My C.O. was just getting on my nerves. She is in her ninth year as C.O. because 735 firebird squadron is the worst squadron in our area. Noone wants to take over for her because the squadron is beyond repair. Since I returned from SLC I have been doing all that I can to improve conditions. Every time I do something she counteracts what I did, regardless of whether it is within regulations or not. She promotes based on who she likes, not upon merit. So my monday nights are fairly empty now. Julie quit her squadron too. I'm sorry I havent been here for a while.
