Hey Gordon,
I ran a 4 star assesment on the river below there, (well I think that's where it was) it is a nice grade 2 with a little 3, and a 1 mile portage in the middle, so some clever logistics, with cars required. We didn't do the dam, but the river was great, highly recommended. Andrew and Sarah Millest I know enjoyed it!!
