Grade 2 to 3 water depending on the level. Suitable for 2 star or equivalent paddlers with moving water experience. Bring your lunch, hot drink and your cool (weather) paddling kit. And a plastic bag for your footwear after the portage at the end!
Meet at the Lazonby get in at 10.30 to 10.45. If you get to Tebay services by about 9.30 you have time for a drink before leaving there at 10.00!
