I've just spoken to the organiser of the fishing matches on the canal and they are likely to have some people in the section between the start and the first bridge (and others going south from Adelphi mill). As they don't start till 10:30, we will cause them the least disturbance if we could all have started before then. He will warn them to expect us back later on.
