I'm thinking of popping along this sunday to try and blow out a few cobwebs. I haven't done more than 8 miles for months now, so 17 could come as a bit of a shock!
I can put a spare set of V bars on my car, so if anyone wants to meet at Runcorn ...(9.45- 10am maybe?) I could transport a boat and paddler(s) to the start in return for a lift back at the end.
