There are a couple of pre-requisits:
Minimum age 14
Boat based candidates to hold 2* or at least have 2* skills
Bank based candidates dont need same level of boating skills but do need to know enough to participate in rescues.
Rob will need to know if people want the bank based option so that plans can be made.
