When we (the Native people) were asked to enroll to Doyon (or other corporations), we had a second decision to make, sign up "at-large" or to the village we come from. The people who signed up "at-large" (not necessarily those who live outside) are the ones who will receive these monies. All persons who signed up to their village profit corporations, like MTNT do not get it, it goes to their profit corporation (MTNT). Everyone can enroll to their Tribe which is a different entity than MTNT.
