Attention Women of McGrath. I will be holding a work out session at the school Mon-Fri at 7:30PM. For anyone interested in joining us, here is a brief schedule of what our workouts will be like:
It's a "Slim in 6" program, and an absolute fun work out! It comes in 3 different sessions. The first week, "Start It Up", consists of a 25 minute workout. This is just a taste of what we are getting in to. It's a very light workout. Basically teaching you all the moves you will need to learn to continue on with "Ramp It Up" and "Burn It Up."
We will do the "Start It Up" work out tape for 1 week. After we learn the moves we will then move on to a 48 minute work out, "Ramp It Up." After doing that for 2 weeks we finish out the last 3 weeks with, "Burn It Up." "Burn It Up" is a 60 minute hard core work out tape.
If you chose to continue the work out after the 6 week process, I have a "Keep It Up" tape that we will consider doing if we have enough interested.
Items you will need to bring:
"sweat towel"
Water Bottle
Resistance Bands (I have a few extras) or a set of 3-5 lb. weights.
Comfortable work out clothes and shoes.

This isn't for people wanting to play basketball in the gym. We are only opening the commons.
I'm working at DNR right now, but, there are people who will be down there with the work out tapes to start it!
