Fire Hydrants being winterized in downtown loop

The fire hydrants in the downtown loop (Cap'n Snow Center and on through downtown) are being winterized this afternoon. You may notice discoloration during this time period. The water is safe to drink. They expect to have this completed by about 4:30pm.
