Cake Walk plate looking for its owner

I have a plate from the Halloween Carnival cake walk that needs to be returned to its rightful owner. It has a country blue trim with flowers and a butterfly. The owner brought a yellow cake with pink frosting and had several colorful umbrellas on top; which attracted my 7 year old! If you are looking for a plate that matches this description or know who it might belong to, please respond, I will deliver. Thanks, Arica
