Well that’s a tough one! We don’t always hear NAC when they land. Then there is the “unknown” delivery time which depends on when it’s all sorted and on the road for delivery. Texting notifications work great when they work. When you order via Amazon you don’t know how they will ship USPS or UPS. It would be a hassle to keep running out to check my UPS drop point off and on in hopes that I actually do have something. I think, considering the freezing weather, it’s my call if I want to order something that will be or may possibly be shipped UPS and that could possibly freeze. Amazon doesn’t ship using freeze labels. The best thing that could happen would be for more reliable text messaging or phone calls. I was thinking that it would be cool to have “an auto call” system where you could program phone numbers in and it would automatically call customers that you want to notify about UPS
delivery. Maybe an App? In any case we are very happy with the UPS service.
