for proposals that the community of McGrath is eligible to receive
subsidized EAS using an aircraft that has multiple engines and a service
level of 5 flights per week AND that the proposals should match what is
currently being offered. The community certainly COULD unanimously
choose AAT's proposal with a single-engine aircraft but the community
would never again be eligible for subsidy for anything more than that
again. The bar is lowered permanently.
