Good Evening Michigan Jaycees -
I want to share with you something that was brought to my attention earlier today through Management Vice President Wendy Taylor and IDVP Mark Garrison.
It was brought to my attention that the membership goals are not populating into the completed reports when entered into the membership area of the Annual Set Up page.
When the changes were made to 2.0 this year, certain membership sections were left intact for a historical perspective. This way, if a chapter wanted to go back and see what was done or entered in the past, they could.
When we merged the areas this year though,we needed to change how we enter the information. ALL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION MUST BE ENTERED INTO THE ID SECTIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REPORTS. This includes the membership goals in the annual setup section.
This new awards program is a work in progress and we appreciate your patience as we come across difficulties like these.
As always, please feel free to contact me or any member of the MIJC Board of Directors if you have any other issues that you come across or any questions you would like to ask or even if you just want to vent a little...We've been in your shoes before, and we're right here with you dealing with the changes we have made to improve the process now - so be assured we will be there for all of the above!
