In 2010 she had a pain in her stomach and in 2011, it was discovered to be uterine sarcoma – a rare cancer with only a 3% survival rate. This past October she turned 30 years old—an age when our lives are just beginning. The Auburn Jaycees proudly sponsor this spaghetti dinner to not only show our love and support for Candie and her family, but to create awareness so that one day we won’t have to worry about a survival rate. Please join us for food and memories as we help support a local family.
