Alpha's are to expensive and not always accurate. I think 1 pound is adequate, I don't like weight cutting unless the wrestler is in need of weight loss (to much body fat). A percentage is a more fair but difficult to track way of allowance weight. Wrestlers with two weigh- ins at the same weight....seems fair to me.
