Posted by Attok12 on August 21, 2005, 11:33 am More Chase I say. I enjoyed reading about her in her own series from several years ago (Ten issues total...there was CHASE#1-9 and CHASE#1,000,000). It will be interesting to see if the OMAC registers Chase as a threat since she has super-powers (which she rarely uses, much like Jessica Jones in the MU). In case, someone doesn't know what her power is: Cameron Chase possesses the ability to dampen the abilties of most metahumans, serving as a sort of defense mechanism. Her power may not be grand, but she's still a metahuman, so I would like to think that the OMAC would see her as a threat. I appreciated the history of the Manhunters since I really didn't know much about them other than the Shaw version. Shaw's multiple personality problem is also interesting and helps explain things going on with him. Are we to believe that all of Shaw's encounters with Dumas in his own series were all in his head? I wonder how Chase found out that Kate is the new Manhunter? Art-wise, I liked it, although I missed seeing Pina's art and I still miss Saiz's art. Once again, like last issue, I thought the Manhunter killer story was going to end with this issue, but there's another part to go! As usual, I can't wait to see what happens next in my favorite DC series!

Yet another excellent issue! I thought it was interetsing how Kate is fighting Shaw without her mask on. I always like that kind of thing.
