It's none other than legendary rock/metal vocalist Ronnie James Dio! These above photos (Click here to open link) taken just yesterday, came at the conclusion of Ronnie's vocals and thus puts the wraps on the recording of Mindcirme II. If you're lucky enough to be a fan club (campaign) member, you'll be happy to know that more photos have been posted. If you haven't joined the online campaign yet, now is a great time! Ronnie will be singing the part of Dr. X on Queensryche's Operation: Mindcrime II, the long-anticipated sequel to 1988’s acclaimed concept album Operation: Mindcrime. Ronnie recently headed up to the Bay Area to record his part on the record, and commented on being chosen to play Dr. X: "I was flattered to be asked to be part of the Operation: Mindcrime II project, and it was truly great to work with Geoff Tate again."
