yup, you rode right into the middle of it. keep your eyes here. clint and i are hoping I-80 will be open by middle of week (that is america's mainstreet, trust me they will have it open as soon as humanly possible) and the races will be on. right now the plan is to make a decision on wednesday. if the roads still look like a long time to be closed we will have to reschedule. if the main highways are open we will be on. flood crest around I-80 is due tomorrow or tuesday so we should have a pretty good idea by wednesday how things are looking. if you are out for a ride, when in doubt go north. waters are receding pretty fast. problem is that some secondary roads took some damage from the water. so keep your eyes here and let others know who may not watch the message board often!
