yes, it does mike, but i bet there is a car wash not too far from your house that could hose off most of the salt. remember it really only gets on the surface so a good rinse will get most of it off. then just get back to garage, put a heater on it to dry it off and you shouldn't be in too bad of shape. and you ARE gonna take it apart this winter and grease all the bearings (swingarm, steering stem, etc), change the fork oil, put in a new set of rings, anyway right? so you can get it completely desalted then! i;m probably bringing my cr down in the back of a pickup unless the weather is horrendous (or i get gastroenteritis again like last year...) in which case i'll be stuck in the shop up here. so think positive thoughts for good weather and good health!!!!!
