Eric, they make a vacuum pump that you can hook up to your crankcase, and with the help of a can of wd40, you can most likely find the source of your leak ,the vacuum will suck it in, thru wherever, and you can see it disappear, and it will leave a trail on the gasket(whatever) so you can see where it went....Also crankcase seals can be a culprit, too I believe the Elsinore is one that you have to split the cases, to get to the ignition side.....If you notice a lot more exhaust smoke than normal, could be the clutch side seal be sure to look closely at the base gasket, and all intake connections....
