Don't want to be scared any more

I have had a gift my whole life, I am now 25... I no longer want to be scared of the things I see and hear or of the dark... Every time seem like the first time all over again.. There are spirits I call to protect me, but still does not take away the fear.. any one have any advice?? or willing to work with me on this?? thanks ..
