Congratulations to Johan van Veen for his perceptive review of Vol. 11 of Hans Helmut Tillmann's traversal of the Bach organ works.
I have found each volume in the Tillmann series to possess significant drawbacks and am surprised that Danacord continues to release these recordings with interpretations having spongy articulation and undernourished emotional content.
