Jarvi Bartok/Lutoslawski not the first....

In Mr. Dickersons review of the Jarvi Bartok/Lutoslawski Concerti for Orchestra he says that to his knowlege they had not been coupled together previously. In fact on Decca's Dohnanyi/Cleveland recording (long oop) they were.
