There appears to be a highly regarded version released a few years ago on Testament from Henryk Szeryng and Klemperer with the Philharmonia, recorded c. 1959. There's also an Ebay advert for a version with the New Philharmonia and Menuhin as soloist, which I've certainly never heard, though of course Menuhin did record at least four other versions.
