Since Paul Conway's article a cd with Panufnik's Sinfonia Elegiaca ( in mono ), the Rhapsody and the Nocturne ( both in stereo ) played by The Louisville Orchestra under Robert Whitney has been issued on the First Edition Music label with the number FECD-0017. According to the notes the Sinfonia was originally issued on LP as LOU-624, The Rhapsody as LP LOU-671 and the Nocturne as LP LOU-654. I hope this helps toward clearing up the confusion.
