This is not a "re-labeling" - the CD and its original documentation remain untouched (to protect any possible future "collectible" value!). Ethical matters, such as misplaced royalties, are of course serious, but should not be the concern of the individuals who bought the CDs in good faith. Buyers have fulfilled their legal and ethical obligations at the point of sale. Any wrongs have been done on the other side of that fence, and that's where the righting of those wrongs should be tackled.
