Charles Munch

I have just returned from holiday and found my mail box jammed with over 2000 spam messages. Among the genuine messages hiding among them was a query from an American professor writing a book on Charles Munch. I read the message, then pressed the wrong button and watched helplessly as the message - with the sender's address - disappeared into oblivion.
In the hope that the professor reads the bulletin board as well as the reviews, I am posting this invitation to him to write again. I can't provide all the information he hopes but I should like to give him what I can, and I should be sorry if he thinks I couldn't be bothered to reply.
