This sentence in Julie Williams' article on Gubaidulina would have to be rewritten as follows:
"..., the vocal and chamber work Hommage à T.S.Eliot and a symphony, Stimmen .....Verstummen being produced in the following year." The word Stimmen in the title of the symphony can be misleading!
