Yes. Though Odysseus is not numbered '2' on the score, the unnumbered Symphony in E (1931-32) predates it, whilst the "Westmoreland" Symphony, which IS numbered '3' on its score, was written in 1944, six years after Odysseus. It is reasonable, therefore, to think of Odysseys as Gibbs' Second Symphony, though from Dutton's website it doesn't look as if they have adopted that nomenclature.
