I don't know of any list, but looking at my collection I've come across a number of Supraphon CD reissues, and those from 1960s/70s analogue recordings are AAD. Another label which I know is AAD is Continuum - at least, those on their catalogue which came from the Altarus LP label. The Messiaen 'Vingt Regards' played by Malcolm Troup (for instance) doesn't say anything about As or Ds, but Chris Rice the engineer did all the editing from analogue master tapes.
