In his comprehensive review of the Beroff/Masur set of the Prokofiev Piano Concertos Stephen Hall states that "RCA’s Boston symphonies and concertos under Leinsdorf have been left to gather spiders’ webs although a few now can be had on Testament".
Actually, the situation is slightly better than Stephen's comment might imply. All five piano concerti with John Browning(plus the Violin Concerto No 1) are available on Testament in a 2-disc set (SBT 21376) and excellent they are too. The Third and Fifth symphonies are coupled on SBT 1396 and numbers 2 & 6 are on SBT 1395. In additon there's a disc of selections from Romeo and Juliet coupled with the Lieutenant Kije Suite on SBT 1394. As all these are on the Testament website I presume they're currently available.
I don't know, however, if Leinsdorf set down Symphonies 1,4 and 7. If he did then presumably these recordings are still "gathering spider's webs", as Stephen memorably puts it.
