The obvious answer is no, because your first e-mail would suggest that Nimbus has infiltrated it, thus neither can be true. How does Windows Media Player recognise the CDs? It may not use digital analysis of the actual CD but some rather limited database which it chooses from. Try going through through the preliminary copying motions with Nero (or whatever) - at one point the software asks if you want the title etc from the internet. Do you then still get the same misidentification?
