Have just seen this review - it's nonsense - this is one of the best productions I've ever seen or could hope to see - vocal/orchestral balance under a superb conductor - not a foot out of place with simply stunning singing - beautiful orchestral playing, notably the woodwind section. This review would have put me off if I had read it first - hate to think I'd have missed this one!!
