I worked with David 1958-61 in Dorking. Later I met him in London during his time at the Academy. Then I was sent a paper cutting indicating that he had been in Prague, married a local girl who had died tragically after two years of marriage. He had then written a "Czech Requiem" and had had a work commissioned for the Proms. After that nothing. I would love to know where he is and what he's up to now.
