I agree that Morgan's 'Contrasts' is a great work. Sadly the Lyrita CD with Morgan's equally fine Violin Concerto on does indicate his death in 1988. Had he lived longer I'm sure that we would have heard much more of him. I was sorry to see that he had passed away - a fine composer.
