Dear Mr Brown,
I am organising a concert at the Cadogan Hall on 11th November, 2010, with the Orion Orchestra (a professonal orchestra) under their conductor, Toby Purser. It is to be devoted entirely to British music and will include a performance of Dorothy Howell's Piano Concerto with Valentina Seferinova as soloist. Toby and I would very much like to programme "Out of the Mist" by Lilian Elkington. Can you help us, please? The concert is in aid of the St Lazarus Charitable Trust, which raises money for the relief of leprosy.
