Philip Scowcroft's 'British Light Music'

We hope to reprint this book, but are having enormous difficulty in finding a copy to work from - even the author doesn't have a spare. If anyone knows the whereabouts of a good clean copy, or would be prepared to donate a copy in return for some copies of the reprint, I'd be delighted to hear from them.
