Chris, you're correct. I relied on a less-than-accurate source and didn't cross-check with the one I should have used in the first place. Too much haste etc. It was only No.5 that he recorded. And so far as I can find out, Weldon's was indeed the first recording. The Sejna was recorded in January 1952, I believe. That trusty source WERM certainly shows only Weldon under its entry for the Fifth Symphony, so I strongly agree therefore that it should be made available.
